Marketing

MathLaunch uses its social media platform using a Facebook page and Blog site in order for customers to have an idea on our business. Links to both platforms are accessible and can easily attract customers to avail the business. Advertising through sharing of the Facebook page to further engage on the social media community.


Sales

MathLaunch tutorials will be conducted online, we have provided choice of services they wanted to avail. Including One-on-One Lessons and Group Lessons depending on the customers need.


Support

MathLaunch customers expect that this tutorials can help them on different ways. In case of further questions and inquiry we have also provided our contact information on both platforms.


CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS

Are our relationships long term or short term?

MathLaunch is an online tutorial so as long our customers are willing to avail our services it could be a long term relationship.


Are they personal or automated?

Our customers would be coming from personal connection.


Are we focused on acquisition or retention?

Acquisition of customer is good but since our business is online tutorial, handling too many customers at a time would be hard so we will focus on customers retention for the time being.


What tone do our communications have?

Formal and informal communication. Having a friendly communication towards are customers will improve their learning and understanding performance.
