These are the irreplaceable elements, the vital ingredients and components that are required for Value Proposition to exist.

What are our key resources?

MathLaunch is an online-based tutorial platform. The key resources that we depends on or the things that we can't afford to lose are the tutors, internet, blog site, and the Facebook page.

Do we have a plan for defending/retaining these resources?

MathLaunch is composed of tutors and admin, therefore, we can retain our tutors as long as our business exists. When it comes to the internet, blog site, and Facebook page that we are using as a channel or means of communication to our customers, our admin is doing their job to facilitate and organize those resources properly.

Key Activities

Our business (MATHLAUNCH) is in the category of problem solving business. We offer online math tutorials to people specifically students who are having a hard time understanding their math lessons. So for our key activities, the most important thing is our knowledge in the subject mathematics. We study and review math lessons that our clients wants to learn. We tutors also practice and improve our teaching skills for us to explain every details clearly to our clients. For our other key activities, we created website and Facebook page to post details about our business and to attract more possible clients.

Key Partners

MathLaunch is only a start-up business and as of now we don't have key partners. Our business is an online-based tutorial platform and we use blog site and Facebook to promote our business. In the future, we could develop partnership with schools that can refer clients and also software developers that can offer special software that can assist us in our online tutoring needs.
