One of the biggest issues that impacts online learners is poor time management. Lack of a schedule, too many distractions and multitasking can lead to poor time management. Another factor that may lead to poor time management is the lack of a designated work space.

Sometimes there is a possibility that any situation might pose an unexpected event. These kinds of events can affect our business Online Class Tutorial since it might happen in an unusual or important event it might happen during or before the schedule of the appointment.

Internet Connection

One of the biggest challenges is that most online learning is one-way communication. There's no interaction between learner and teacher. The experience will be very different and that transition can be difficult for many learners. The second problem with online learning is motivation. An online class eliminates the human connection that a face-to-face, in-house teaching environment provides. An online instructor cannot gauge the mood, involvement and engagement level of her students the way she can in a traditional lecture-based classroom.

As a start-up, finding an effective approach to our customers won't be easy so it will probably takes time and careful observation.

Problem is inevitable and may arise at any moment especially those unexpected event or situations. We are currently college students and has a lot of experience especially dealing with math problems. Our team will try our best to deal with it. Time management is the key. But first, we are going to observe our customers' needs and behaviors for us to provide an appropriate approach. We will also consult to them and do some evaluation to improve our performance. When it comes to internet connection problem, the best option we can think of is to rescheduled it in a way that will suit to their time and to our availability.
